Our gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with top-notch appliances and cookware including saucepans, pots, a cast iron skillet, baking sheets, serveware, cutlery, and various utensils. Small appliances like a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, food processor, and blender are also available.

Our pool area is a great place to relax, but please exercise caution, especially if you have children. There is no lifeguard on duty, so supervise children. No running or rough play, no unattended children, no diving, no peeing in the pool, shower before entering, and no glassware in the pool or around the pool area for safety reasons.

Pets are allowed when a pet fee has been paid or arranged with the host. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted; please use the patio or backyard. No parties or unregistered guests are allowed, and clean up spills promptly to avoid attracting critters.

The pool can be heated upon request only, and for an extra $500 fee per week. Our pool is outdoors and will heat up to 80 degrees. When our outdoor temps are cold, please be advised that those water temps will seem cooler.
